WHAT IS THE SERVICE?

  • Any number of things can throw your wheels out of alignment, from hitting a curb to normal wear from road conditions. When this happens, you may notice that your vehicle pulls to one side or another, and extended driving with a misaligned vehicle can result in tires that wear prematurely and unevenly. A free wheel alignment check and service can help provide optimal tire wear and vehicle handling.

WHY IS THE SERVICE RECOMMENDED?

  • Not sure what wheel alignment is? During our Free Alignment Check, we'll measure your vehicle's wheel angles to determine if they are perpendicular to the ground and parallel to each other. While we're checking the alignment angles, we'll also inspect the tires, suspension, and steering components for damage or wear - things that can contribute to alignment problems. If we find anything wrong, you can get a wheel alignment on site. We'll correct wheel angles to meet factory specifications, and adjust the front wheels or all-four wheels as needed(additional parts such as camber or caster shims, cam kits, and other external adjustment devises may be necessary on some vehicles and may require additional parts and / or labor charges). This service typically takes about an hour.

Driving a deflated or flat tire can severely affect your vehicle's handling and braking ability, but a timely puncture or flat tire repair service can help extend the service life of your tire.

  • To begin our Tire Repair service, well inspect the tire to help determine the cause of pressure loss and whether the tire can be repaired. If tire repair is possible, we'll use a tire repair plug/patch to restore the tire in accordance with strict industry standards. Then, we'll rebalance the tire and rim assembly and reset your vehicle' s tire pressure monitoring system as necessary(additional parts such as TPMS sensors or kits may be necessary on some vehicles and may require additional parts and/or labor charges). This service typically takes about an hour.

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT THE GOODYEAR PREMIUM WARRANTY PROGRAM?

Under the Goodyear Premium Warranty Program, the Tire Center will provide one free repairable repair or one free non-repairable replacement for each Goodyear tire purchased if a tire is found to have service damage. A replacement tire is not covered by the Premium Warranty program and a warranty card will not be issued. After repair or replacement, the buyer is issued a copy of the Warranty Service Certificate.

* In case of accidental tire damage, the program is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the tire by the end user and applies to all models of Goodyear passenger tires with a rim diameter of 15 inches and above (except for tires for light commercial vehicles and Wrangler AT/SA, Wrangler AT/SA+, Wrangler AT/R, Wrangler All-terrain Adventure with Kevlar, Wrangler Duratrac and Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar models) with a residual depth of at least 4 mm.
If more than 20% of the studs are lost, the program is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase of the tires by the end consumer and only applies to tires in the UltraGrip Arctic 2 line with a bore diameter of 15 inches and above, with a residual depth of at least 4 mm.

A side cut is less dangerous than a longitudinal cut. However, not every defect requires replacement. Masters will be able to repair tires if the deformed area placed along the carcass threads does not exceed 50 mm. The possibility of repair is also available if the side cut located across the tire threads is less than 30 mm. However, we do not recommend doing repairs in this case with your own hands. Side cut hazard

Should cuts be repaired? A popular question for motorists who are faced with a choice is whether to seal a defect or replace a wheel. The possible consequences of cuts scare car owners, but do-it-yourself repairs are more attractive because they are cheaper than buying fresh tires.

To avoid dangerous consequences, sealing small and large side cuts is prohibited if you need to repair more than 10 cords and close up a hole larger than 30 mm. It is possible to repair tires for passenger cars with a side cut of the tire if it is a shallow scratch.

How to determine if a tire can be repaired
