Plastic tabs break
Great battery holds a charge forever only use it with my stubby impact has great power but the plastic tabs break off and crack to where they are unusable. Very frustrating
Broken tabs on case-I just got this thing!!!
Batteries themselves (capacity) are very good. Within one week of use, BOTH sides of the battery case broke (tabs). This is not good. Plus, I can't find a replacement case for the life of me without ordering one from China. However I should not have to do this!!!! I have 5 M12 tools I use regularly. None are abused. This is unacceptable!
My “go to” batteries for my high use tools at work
They last me all shift long and then some for lighting and drivers. Seems they are getting harder to find in stores, but I’ll find more and add more!

i have 2 of these xc style batteries 1 is 4 my m12 dustbuster vac & the other is for my m12 radio .
the radio 1 great because do 2 the smillar batteries that can power the radio longer which gives me more 2 listen 2 music & that makes this xc battery excellent. also the battery makes my m12 dustbuster vac work great 2 .

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is subject to a partial refund.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged or missing items within three business days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received.
The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to returns that are not in brand new, sellable condition (including packaging).
A 15% restocking fee will also apply to any returns made after 30 days.
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges for items. We instead will process a return and refund for the unwanted item(s), and the customer is free to place a new order for the correct product(s).
We do not accept returns of drain cleaning equipment and certain other hazmat items due to health and safety concerns. We also cannot accept returns of magnetic drills.
Shipping
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.
We are unable to change the shipping address after the order has shipped, this policy is an effort to prevent fraudulent orders being rerouted after checkout. If you wish to change the delivery address for your purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We will have the carrier return the shipment back to our warehouse, and refund will be processed for your purchase. The customer will need to place a new order with the corrected delivery address.
Should your order arrive damaged, refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.
If your item has not arrived and the expected delivery date has passed, please file a missing package trace with USPS or Fedex. After a claim is opened, please allow up to 72 hours for the shipping courier to file a trace on the package. Once we have confirmed that the package has been lost in transit, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with Red Tool Store within 3 business days of delivery.
