The mission of the new entity, TRAC Interstar LLC, is to provide the quickest response time and most comprehensive repair service available to minimize driver roadside downtime. The combined operations of TRAC Intermodal and Interstar Fleet Services creates one of the largest nationwide vendor networks in North America and will offer breakdown services covering chassis, trucks and trailers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The SEM (Customer Support Agreement, CSA) includes parts, maintenance and repairs. You get comprehensive technical support for your machine. From simple preventive maintenance to complex repairs, you can work with your SEM dealer to create a support plan that fits your needs and your schedule. If possible, all service and repair work will be carried out in advance.
SEM Service Agreement
The SEM (Customer Support Agreement, CSA) is an agreement for SEM dealers to provide professional service to SEM owners. Each contract is drawn up in accordance with your individual requirements and the specific use of your machine park. These agreements free you from complex maintenance and administrative work so you can focus on your core business.

Preventive maintenance contract
