Whenever you put air in your tires or get a new set of tires, you will have to reset the tire pressure light on your BMW. To reset the tire pressure on your BMW 3 Series, you will need to follow these quick steps:

  1. Turn on your car, but do not start the engine.
  2. Enter your BMW’s menu and go to Vehicle Info.
  3. Select Vehicle Status, then Tire Reset.
  4. Start your engine, but do not move your car.
  5. Select Perform Reset.

Once you start driving, the alert should go away. If you notice it’s still on or comes back on, consider visiting a mechanic or tire professional. There may be another issue with your tires or system.
