The Tinger Track C500 is the “golden standard” of the Tinger ATV range. Thanks to its compact size it can easily fit in a standard trailer or transit van but with its intelligent design does not compromise on capacity.
The C500 is not afraid of adversity. It’s powerful design and high quality of construction allow passing tundra terrains and sandy deserts, snow and water obstacles.
High passability has been achieved through strong, durable 500 mm tracks that have extra-low ground pressure: 0.05 kg / m2. Redesigned and reinforced long-travel suspension provides maximum comfort and stability even on rough terrain with speeds up to 35 km / h.
The powerful engines (57hp and 68hp variants) are the driving force behind the strength and temperament of the C500 giving the vehicle a towing capacity of 800 kg.

Together with the S500 you erase boundaries and draw new maps: because it is equally “calm” both in wetlands and washed-out roads, and on a water crossing.
The ATV doesn't care if it's snowing or raining, frost or heat - under your control it will arrive at any destination, safe and sound. Increased dimensions and increased displacement help it stay afloat perfectly, guaranteeing comfortable and safe movement. Like the C500, this all-terrain vehicle launches smoothly even with a full load of 400 kg.
The Tinger Track S500 all-terrain vehicle has powerful 35.4 and 57 hp engines that will meet any challenge nature throws with dignity. You can forget about the ubiquitous "circumstances", now you are in control of the situation inside and out!

Tinger Track S500 Options
Tinger ATVs are covered by a 12 month factory warranty from date of sale or 200 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
The supplier/seller provides the buyer with a manufacturer's warranty. All ATV-related benefits provided by the warranty come into force from the moment the vehicle is handed over to the first retail purchaser or his authorized representative. If the all-terrain vehicle was purchased by an intermediary, the warranty obligations come into force from the moment it is handed over to the intermediary.
Tinger's liability is a manufacturer's warranty that does not limit the buyer's statutory rights under an ATV purchase agreement from an authorized dealer and the rights that are guaranteed by applicable national laws governing the sale of consumer products.
During the warranty period, the supplier/seller undertakes to repair or replace defective components and parts on its own or by its counterparties in the Russian Federation. Warranty service is performed upon presentation of the service book.
Warranty Conditions
A condition for warranty repair is that the ATV is delivered by the purchaser to an authorized dealer service center. All components and parts installed during warranty repairs are warranted for a period not exceeding the remainder of the original warranty period.
All warranties are valid when the Tinger ATV has the engine serial number and frame number listed in the service book.
Owner's Responsibility
Owner's documentation describes how to properly maintain and operate your ATV. Proper maintenance and operation will avoid significant repair costs caused by misuse, negligence or inappropriate maintenance, and will help increase the value of your ATV in the aftermarket.
Owner must:
Note : Failure to perform maintenance on time and at Tinger's prescribed intervals will void the warranty for the affected parts of the ATV.
Note : Tinger Authorized Dealer Technicians have the equipment needed to service ATVs with Genuine Parts and maintain optimum performance.

* When operating the vehicle in dusty areas, the manufacturer recommends changing the air filter every 10 mph
** check and charge the battery produced in accordance with the battery maintenance instructions.
We recommend using only genuine Tinger parts and accessories for your ATV. Always in stock at the central warehouse 96% of the range of spare parts.
You can order and purchase spare parts in our online shop. ATTENTION!! Carefully read the instruction manual for the all-terrain vehicle and the manual!!
1. Checking the engine oil level
The engines are equipped with a dipstick with a separate tube. Remove the dipstick and wipe it with a clean cloth. Re-insert the dipstick completely into the tube. Remove the dipstick and check the oil level. It should be between the marks. If the level is low, add oil to the upper mark.
DO NOT TRANSFER.
2. Checking the transmission oil level
The transmission has a dipstick to measure the transmission oil level. The gear oil level should be parallel to the mark on the dipstick. Add oil through the filler hole to the correct level. DO NOT TRANSFUSE . Carefully insert the dipstick into place.
3. Checking the coolant level
The level can be checked through the transparent expansion tank. The fluid level should reach the "MAX" mark on a cold engine and be slightly above this mark on a hot engine.
4. Checking Track Tension
Track tension affects track durability, fuel consumption, vehicle speed and flotation. It is recommended to stretch before each ride. Especially often, the need for adjustment arises on new snow and swamp vehicles, since the parts of the suspension, hooks are lapped and the track is pulled out.
Before adjustment it is necessary to clean the suspension from dirt, snow and ice, check the condition of the suspension. The gap between the coils of the tension spring should be 1-1.5 mm. Do not overtighten the caterpillar. This will break the inner cord and damage the track.
When the vehicle is idle for a long time, it is recommended to loosen the tension spring.
5. Starting the engine
The vehicle is equipped with an electric starter with key control. Make sure the emergency stop button is disengaged, shift to neutral (N), depress the handbrake handle, turn the key to the “START” position. Release the key as soon as the engine starts. Wait until the engine speed drops to idle, release the handbrake handle
6. Transmission
The transmission functions are performed by a variator and a gearbox with high and low rows, neutral and reverse. The node is very reliable, and problems with it happen solely due to the human factor: the shafts break due to switching on the go. The transmission uses dog clutches to engage the internal mechanisms. The clutch of the dog clutch is not synchronized to take into account gear changes instantly.
!!!DO NOT Shift GEAR WHILE DRIVING!!!
To avoid damage to the transmission and vehicle, bring the ATV to a complete stop, allow the engine to idle, then select the appropriate gear. After you select a gear, pick up the desired speed by increasing the engine speed. Recommended engine rpm 3-4k
WARNING: Using a low gear at higher speeds can cause the engine, transmission and brakes to overheat.
7. Driving off
Driving speed is controlled by the rotary throttle grip, which is the right handlebar. Turn it to increase speed. To slow down, release the handle to return the engine to idle.
8. Driving the snow and swamp vehicle
The snow and swamp vehicle turns by braking the tracks along one of the sides. On the drive shafts of the left and right sides are brake discs and calipers. The hydraulic brakes are controlled by a motorcycle-type steering wheel. When it is in a straight position, the pads are separated. And when you turn the steering wheel, the corresponding side slows down. Turn the steering wheel a little - the turn will be smooth (not recommended, quick pad wear, engine overheating), turn sharply - turn around on the spot. The steering wheel itself is light in all road conditions.
9. Handbrake
The handbrake is located on the left handlebar. Pull the brake lever towards you to stop the snowmobile.
10. Instrument panel.
The electronic instrument panel is designed to display information about the state of the snow and swamp vehicle. Turning on the instrument panel occurs simultaneously with turning on the ignition. The instrument panel has four control lights: engine malfunction, cooling fans on, generator charging and oil pressure.
The instrument panel displays engine speed, current coolant temperature, on-board network voltage, fuel level, operating time, vehicle mileage and speed.
11. Button block.
The button block is used to control the electrical appliances of the snow and swamp vehicle: turning on the fans for forced airflow of the brake discs and the engine cooling system, as well as controlling the additional equipment of the snow and swamp vehicle.
12. External lights.
The vehicle is equipped with headlights and taillights. The headlights are turned on by moving the toggle switch to the appropriate position, which is located on the right handlebar.
13. Seats.
The snow and swamp vehicle is fitted with superior comfort seats. The front seats have longitudinal skids for the ability to adjust to the height of the driver. Reclining rear seat. Can be folded to increase luggage space.
14. Fuse box.
The fuse box is located under the front row of seats. To replace the fuses, unscrew the rear cover of the front row of seats and remove the cover of the fuse box. The cover has a visual diagram of the location and rating of the fuses.
15. Grease drive shaft bearings.
The drive shaft bearing flanges are equipped with grease nipples (grease maker). A grease gun with a flexible extension is required. These bearings should be lubricated with a small amount of lithium based grease according to the general maintenance schedule.
16. Drive chain lubrication.
The drive shafts are driven by roller chains. Lubricate them every 10 mph (TO1) thereafter, every 100 mph with spray chain lubricant, or more frequently in heavily soiled conditions. When applying grease, cover the brake discs. DO NOT APPLY LUBRICANT TO THE BRAKE PADS AND DISCS. After every 100 mph hours of operation, remove all drive chains and clean with a degreaser. Drive chains must be adjusted for tension. Before tensioning the chains, it is recommended to check the position of the sprockets. They must be in the same plane. A shift of no more than 1 mm is allowed. The chain is considered to be tensioned if the sag in the chain is not more than 2 mm when the force is applied. Do not overtighten the chains. This will cause premature wear of the chain, drive sprockets and bearings.
17. CVT lubrication.
Lubricate the variator every 200 hours of operation with silicone grease. Spray it on the variator spring, bushings and rubbing parts. DO NOT apply lubricant to the drive belt, brake discs, or friction linings. Allow the grease to dry before operating the machine, otherwise the wet grease will stick to dirt that can damage the clutch.
18. Lubricate drive star support bearings and rollers.
Drive sprocket support bearings and rollers are lubricated every 10 hours of operation or after passing water obstacles to remove dirt and water trapped in the shaft seal. Don't put in too much effort. Add lubricant until clean lubricant is forced out of the seal.
