I called ahead of time to see if they could do an oil change and tire rotation. I was told there was no wait. I was there within ten minutes and found out from another upset customer that three guys were out. I was told I was the third car and it would be an hour. After 35 minutes my car has still not been taken so I asked the status. I was then told that four cars were ahead of me because two scheduled appointments had come in and they would go ahead of me even though they just dropped off their cars and left. No one had mentioned that cars coming after me were going ahead of me. I was the only person waiting for my car in their waiting room. I am then told that they can’t get to my car until afternoon.
I left and will never go there again. What is the point of deceiving customers? What is the point of not advising customers of the schedule when they call? What is the point of keeping people waiting 35 minutes and then tell them that the car will not be serviced until sometime in the afternoon (maybe)? So you can hold cars in reserve to make money? Horrible place. Glad they didn’t service because I would never believe their recommendations.

I ordered $2000 worth of products from NTW.
A guy that works there named Jeff was relentless and making sure FedEx got my tires to me. Go figure they lost one and although it was 100% their fault Jeff’s got a new one on the way for me, and these aren’t cheap tires. If the best tire does ever show up I’ll be returning it to them because of how good of a job they’ve done. Couldn’t be happier won’t shop anywhere else from now on

If i could leave 0 stars I would.
I do not recommend buying tires from here whatsoever. We purchased $2300 for 4 10ply tires just to have them get punctured by a tiny stick going down the road. They do not have any warranty and will not cover if they dont last. (Mind you they have less than 3000 miles on them) We have ran 10ply tires for 10 years and NEVER have had one to puncture. Good luck if you have any trouble, they are useless.

I'm really sorry that you had such bad luck, but there are hardly any light truck tires out there that come with a Road Hazard Warranty unless you purchase one from a company like Route, which you declined at the time of purchase. That is a pretty good sized stick that you ran over but it still might be able to be repaired using a "Boot patch".
Once again, I'm sorry for your loss but blaming the tire and us for you running over something is like you hitting a telephone pole with your truck then blaming the car dealer and the truck manufacturer.

National Tire and Wheel is 100% on point! I have been scammed by 2 other companies trying to find some very rare tires. After placing my order online I called and spoke with one of their staff and he was very courteous and helpful. My tires were shipped and delivered sooner than expected and at a great price. Didn't honor their listed price, bought a set of tires and rims over the weekend, well below normal market value but assumed they were either being phased out of stock or something else, ended up having my order canceled though, even if the listed price was a mistake, I would expect a business to honor that mistake the same way any consumer who makes a mistake is forced to honor theirs. Got a voicemail confirming the cancelation and they acted as if they did me a favor by giving me a "full refund," even though that's the absolute bare minimum to do in the situation.

The covers for the front seat are great. They fit and looks awesome, along with adding some adding padding/comfort. The rear seat covers are a bit of a let down.
The overall fit is just not great. They are a bit oversized and the openings/cutouts for the latches and mounting points dont makes much sense in their design or fitment. Overall 3 stars due to that, wish you could just buy the fronts. They are still probably better than any other off the shelf or custom covers.

I couldn’t be happier with this company during my tire purchase process. No one had the nitto size in stock national back order blah blah.
These guys had them in stock and were at my door 48 hrs from when I ordered to be fair I’m only 4 hours away from wheeling but still A1 service. Wish I would have got my wheels from them cause I’m having a terrible experience buying them from another company I won’t name here.
