OMBRA® branded garage equipment and accessories are covered by a “limited warranty” due to reduced life due to increased wear and tear on some parts during use. The service life of products with the declared characteristics is defined as 15 months from the start of using the product. Start of operation is determined by the date of sale indicated in the OMBRA® warranty card or fiscal document confirming the purchase of a particular product. The period of use of a tool with declared characteristics can be changed individually, both downward and upward, depending on the intensity and operating conditions of a particular product (group of products).
Claims in relation to a product that fails during the warranty period are accepted for consideration by an authorized OMBRA® representative in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

In this regard, the manufacturer strongly recommends:
1) Select and use the tool in accordance with the work performed and strictly for its intended purpose.
2) Do not allow yourself to repair and adjust the tool during the warranty period.
3) Proper and timely maintenance of the tool.
4) When using special devices, be guided solely by the manufacturer's recommendations for the repair and operation of the serviced equipment

Claims under this warranty will not be accepted if the qualifications of the user of cannot be verified, there are signs of unauthorized repairs to the products, changes in design, or self-installation of non-genuine components and parts of the products.
The manufacturer reserves the right to determine the cause of product failure (due to poor quality materials, assembly errors, human error or other reasons).
Rights under this warranty are limited to the original consumer and do not extend to subsequent consumers.
HOW TO USE:
Place the jack under the load on a level, firm surface. Using the pump handle, turn the shut-off valve cock clockwise as far as it will go. Install the handle into the pump lever seat. Lift the load. Avoid the maximum lifting height of the support platform. Lowering the load is done by gradually turning the shut-off valve tap counterclockwise.
OMBRA® hydraulic jacks are equipped with a device to prevent the product from being overloaded (overload valve). The overload valve is calibrated during the production of the jack and is not subject to additional adjustment during the operation of the product.
ATTENTION:
• the weight of the load to be lifted must not exceed the calculated
• the base of the jack during operation must be on a flat hard surface
• ensure stable contact between the support platform and the load, avoid distortions
• do not use a jack to hold a load for a long time, use safety stands
• do not work under a raised load
• when using several jacks, ensure that the load is raised and lowered simultaneously and evenly.
OMBRA® hydraulic jacks use mineral hydraulic oil GB443-64HJ-10 as working fluid, used in the temperature range of -5~+45ºC. For operation of the jack at low temperatures -5~-25ºС, it is recommended to use synthetic oil for hydraulic drives GB442-64, otherwise the product will not be able to provide the declared characteristics. The operation of the jack in the wrong position, on its side or upside down, is not provided. The jack is not intended for use in environments containing substances aggressive to the materials of the product (acids, alkalis, solvents, etc.). When using the jack, avoid shaking, falling, etc. Avoid possible damage to the plunger surface, contact and threaded surfaces of the seat.
OMBRA® hydraulic jacks are equipped with a device to prevent the product from being overloaded (overload valve). The overload valve is calibrated during the production of the jack and is not subject to additional adjustment during the operation of the product.
The manufacturer guarantees uninterrupted operation of the product for 15 months from the start of operation, determined by the date of sale of the product specified in the OMBRA® warranty card, subject to compliance with the rules of use, safety precautions and storage conditions.
