ONE OF THE BEST PERFORMING WARRANTIES IN THE BUSINESS.

When you make cars and trucks this good, backing them with a great warranty is no problem. Every Suzuki comes with a fully transferable, zero-dollar deductible, 100,000-mile/7-year Powertrain warranty.

The details of this limited manufacturer warranty are:

  • Duration - Suzuki's powertrain limited warranty covers 100,000 miles or 7 years, whichever comes first.
  • Transferable - The powertrain warranty can be transferred from owner to owner, adding value at the time of resale or trade-in.
  • $0 Deductible - There is no deductible, so Suzuki owners never have any out-of-pocket expenses.
  • For 2009 and Newer Model Years – Vehicles placed in to use as taxi, police, route delivery, daily rental, livery, or other commercial use applications are covered by the Suzuki Fleet Limited Powertrain Warranty which begins at 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, and extends to 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date first sold, or otherwise placed in to service.

‡ While a customer support program, not a limited warranty, the Warranty Repair Courtesy Vehicle Program is administered through your participating SUZUKI authorized dealer and an appointed rental company selected by the dealer. As a retail non-commercial purchase or lease customer, if your SUZUKI vehicle is rendered inoperable, unsafe or illegal to operate and is required to stay overnight at a participating SUZUKI authorized dealer to complete a warranty repair during the 36 month/36,000 mile new vehicle warranty period, your participating SUZUKI authorized dealer will provide a courtesy rental vehicle of its choice through an appointed rental company. If your vehicle is being repaired at a non-participating SUZUKI authorized dealer, prior written authorization must be obtained from Suzuki Motor USA, LLC ("SMO") and, at its discretion, SMO may provide $35.00 per day rental reimbursement for up to 5 days for mechanical repairs covered by the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to file a rental vehicle reimbursement claim directly with SMO within 15 days of the repair or said claim shall be deemed forfeited.

This coverage for a warranty related covered repair is limited to a maximum of 5 days when parts and labor are required and a maximum of 3 days on labor only repairs. This does not include additional insurance coverage or fuel used. Driver must meet rental requirements imposed by the rental company. The rental company may impose the following restrictions upon the customer: (a) a credit card with sufficient credit for a monetary hold amount; (b) a prohibition on drivers under 25 years of age, or additional daily fees for young renters; and (c) extra deposits and other fees.

What Is the Best ATV Warranty – Comparing the Top Brands – ATV MAN

Although ATVs are durable, they can still have problems while you are breaking them in. When they do, you will want to ensure that you have picked a company that has a good warranty plan.

If you are deciding which ATV warranty is the best option, then you have come to the right place. There are many different aspects of a warranty plan that many do not even take into consideration, such as customer service, reliability, and cost. All of these things contribute to a great warranty plan, and below you will discover which of these brands do a great job at focusing on them.

To discover more about which of the top brands make the best warranty plans, keep reading below.

1. Honda

Honda has a great warranty plan. It comes with a one-year limited warranty, but it can be extended to a five-year plan. If you damage your ATV, you can take it into any Honda station within the United States. It does not matter where you are, you will be able to find a place to get it fixed. Any Honda outlet will be ready and willing to help you.

With Honda, there is no deductible. You will not have to pay for any damages when you have a warranty. HondaCare will ensure that you get any damages repaired without having to pay a penny. Mechanical failures are covered by HondaCare, so if you experience one of these, just take it to your nearest Honda shop.

Honda is at the top of the list due to its reliability and customer service. Honda cares about its customers, and that is clearly evident with this warranty plan. If you want a warranty plan that you know will have you covered, then this is your best option. It exceeds expectations and customers leave it with high reviews.

2. Kawasaki

Kawasaki highly promotes their additional warranty option, and that is for a good reason. If you are planning on getting a Kawasaki ATV warranty, then you should get the Kawasaki Protection Plus. The Kawasaki Protection Plus is a great offer that replaces covered parts with no cost and no deductible. You can ride your ATV for as long as you want and it will still be covered by the protection plan.

The Protection Plus offers different time allotments that kick in after the limited warranty ends. You can choose whether you want the warranty for one, two, three, or four years.

Kawasaki’s stated goal is to help its customers. They claim to want to give them the best warranty option available, which is why they created the Protection Plus plan. They have nationwide coverage and you should be confident bringing it into a dealership.

3. Yamaha

Yamaha has a warranty plan that is designed to eliminate uncovered repairs. Yamaha does this by coming up with different plans, so the driver can choose which plan works best with them. Some plans have better coverage than others, but they are all great choices.

With Yamaha, it does not matter how long you have been driving your ATV. No matter how many miles you have driven it, the vehicle will still be covered by the warranty. In addition, you will be able to take it to any Yamaha dealership in the United States to have it fixed.

You may be able to save an immense amount of money with Yamaha Extended Service. Paying to repair one damaged part will likely cost more than paying for the warranty. This makes it clear that paying for the warranty is the best option.

Yahama typically receives high reviews from customers. It is uncommon for customers to report that they are unsatisfied with the care they receive from their warranty plan. Because of the high reports of customer satisfaction, Yamaha is in the top three warranty plans.

4. Polaris

Polaris has an average warranty plan. It is not below average, however, it does not surpass expectations. It is a reliable plan and gets the job done. If you want a better plan, then you may want to consider one of the above options.

“The Promotional Limited Warranty consists of the standard factory warranty plus an additional time period of promotional limited warranty coverage. Any additional warranty coverage after the initial factory warranty is subject to a $50 deductible per visit.”

Polaris

5. Tracker

Tracker has a warranty option, however, it does not cover as much as the others do. There are many limitations that the Tracker warranty has, and below is a list of items that are not covered by the warranty:

  • Tires
  • Oil filter
  • Air filter
  • Lightbulbs
  • Shock absorber(s)
  • CV boots
  • Drive belt
  • Brake pads
  • Spark plug(s)
  • Torn or punctured upholstery
  • Cracks or gouges in body panels
  • Drive/driven clutch wear parts
  • Windshield

As you can see, there are many items that the warranty will not cover, as it is a very lengthy list. Other companies, however, do cover these items, which makes them better options than Tracker.

6. Arctic Cat

Arctic Cat’s warranty is not quite where the other companies are at. While some other companies have a plan that can go up to four years, Arctic Cat only has one year of warranty available. However, you can extend it. Although you can extend the warranty, they do not have a plan that can go beyond a year, which makes it more expensive than most other companies.

If you are choosing which ATV you purchase based on the warranty plan, then Arctic Cat may not be your best option. They do not have a bad warranty plan, however, other companies have better options.

7. Suzuki

Suzuki has a two-year warranty for ATVs. It is an unlimited mileage warranty, and all of their ATVs come with it. Unfortunately, Suzuki is not up to par compared to some of the other companies, and customers have reported that it is not easy to get warranties honored. They reportedly have long wait times, and offer delayed and poor communication.

Their customer service is lacking and does not compare to the other companies. Although their ATVs are good, many individuals avoid this company due to their customer service being below average. That is why it is at the bottom of the list.
