I enjoy the comfortable ride and smooth performance. My first set of Potenza's are serving me well.
The car now has 19,570 miles and the tires look new. I do not track the car but do like hard acceleration and tight high speed curves. The tires perform flawlessly. I have no complaint about the noise.
For the performance, these tires offer great mileage, and pretty decent traction in the rare event that it rains here in Southern California.

Bridgestone Potenza Sport is an Ultra High Performance asymmetric summer tire introduced by the Japanese manufacturer as its new flagship for 2020.
These tires allow drivers to seamlessly control the traffic situation and increase the performance of their powerful passenger car.
Tires Bridgestone Potenza Sport (Bridgestone Potenza Sport) 9The 0313, which replaces the Potenza S001, sets a new performance standard in the premium segment, delivering best-in-class dry and wet performance, says Bridgestone. The tires meet the expectations of drivers for high performance tires and also solve the day to day problems they face.
The Potenza Sport tread geometry with deep circumferential grooves (for water evacuation) and massive ribs and blocks ensures maximum tire contact with the road. Three-dimensional sipes are used in the design of the model to increase the rigidity of the tread, improve braking efficiency and abrasion resistance.
Optimized rubber compound combined with advanced blending technology improves wet and dry performance of the new UHP model.
Bridgestone Potenza Sport's hybrid crown reinforcement improves high-speed stability.
The modified carcass of this sporty model has improved steering responses while reducing rolling resistance.
July-September 2020 TÜV SÜD testing team of Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires in size 245/40 R18 comparing premium competitors showed that Bridgestone tires provide the shortest braking distance on dry roads, better rivals support the car when cornering and driving in a straight line. Pirelli P Zero PZ4, Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5, Michelin Pilot Sport PS4 and Continental PremiumContact 6 were considered as competitive models.
Also new for 2021 summer was voted the best cornering and handling tire in the wet, says a Shina Guide technician. It is class "A" for wet grip according to the European tire label. However, you should not get ahead of yourself, you need to wait for full-fledged comparative tests, which will be carried out by independent testers of European specialized publications.
Based on internal testing conducted at Bridgestone Europe Technical Center using an Audi A4 fitted with 245/40 R18 tires, the Potenza Sport achieved 10% better mileage than a similarly sized Potenza S001.
