We looked at your comments. The bike is too short because you booked a very short program. Since we offer the ride in the open desert NOT ROUNDS AND ROUNDS IN A SMALL AREA not like other companies, those places you cannot ride there are at least 25 to 50 bike in small area at the same time, when you speed someone interrupt you. People say red sand etc.. but no dune a small dune in small area. Whereas you have experienced with us in the vast open beautiful REAL Arabian desert with FLORA & FAUNA. It is indeed something very special. When you ride here everyone feels the quad bikes are just made for this place. Always remember the biking is good at the open desert that give you thrill and adventure.
!!!! the people love it and always like to do again. What happened with you booked a very small package. you should have booked the 20 minutes or longer one at least !!! You have option to book 30 minutes, 60 minutes 20 minutes and 10 minutes. If you have tight budget, it is like sacrificing interest over money. Please enjoy while you are in the desert no one knows if you come again ... It is suggested few dollars may be your one-hour wage of you that you get many things as these services served at the very very low price. The services like longer quad/ATV ride, the lounge service in the middle of the desert, the local costumes. We noticed a lot guest buy costumes from local market. if you do so pls bargain … you get it just 10 to 25 the full set.. people are paying USD 100 or more. and the quality is basic. It is good option to go for open bar during the dinner it cheap. Camel ride: Please understand with your money that you paid we can offer you camel ride of 100 meters (one by 10th of a kilometre) we cannot offer you camel safari.
The camel safari something that we take for desert tracking with camels it is long and 60 minutes program. However your package is included with a lot of activities pickup and drop off from hotels, the desert safari that we offer in the best desert with high and giant sand dunes, (here again I want to tell only hand full of companies do safari where you experienced because high sand dune damage the SUV causes high maintenance cost) , ATV quad bike, 3 lives shows, camel ride, sandboarding, lady henna designers services a 4 course dinner served as buffet with unlimited mineral water and soft drinks soft drinks tea coffee. What more someone can expect. In Dubai a good coffee cost You US dollar 10 or more. Appetizer: it is authentic Emirati food that include a list of items… as our menu is 4 course for the guest book regular ones and 5 course menu for the guest book 5 star rated lounge facilities.

Be aware, after Viator happily taking my £1400, the company they used tried to con us on arrival by saying we had only paid for the 30min ATV and not the rest of what we paid for! No fine bashing, camel ride, show, dinner and sand boarding! My kids were gutted so I ended up paying another 800AED for 4 of us to do solo quad bikes to the guide only to see a sign after saying 75AED each! Refund via Viator initially accepted only to receive an email 3 days later saying it’s now rejected with no explanation! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE 2/1/23

You mentioned “conned 1400 Pounds it is US Dollar not pounds” – One must be honest, and one must mention the true experience – you got only 4 quad bikes???? Not true. If it is only quad bike, then the word “conned well fit”. Our apology that you are not true in this review or maybe it an effort to get the experience free of charges by placing a refund request. You are hiding the experience … your experience was on brand-new world-class DUNE buggies. We have your singed copy of the indemnity and cc camera footage proves you are not true. Please be honesty more 1400 dollars”. The truth is as follows: - You placed a refund request after enjoying all the service!!! when it is refused, you placed “1 star online”.. don’t you feel you are black mailing the agency to refund or take one star. Dear Guest in Dubai nothing is free everything cost as the services are world class.
When you get world’s best experience you must pay and CAN NOT BE REFUNDED… as an agency (we are service provider) get only a portion of what you paid – with that amount we offered you: - 1) Your booking is for DUNE BUGGIES – Therefore You got one Can Am Movericksx3 1700 cc four-seater and One Polaris 1000 CC two-seater. You were taken to the best desert you and your children had one of the best experiences of their lifetime. This fact is testified at the spot camera footages are evident. Then why you whoop for refund??? This is cheap way. Sorry please do not do it with anyone… as the services cost a lot, we are working on margin of 4 to 5% then refund it not possible. 2) You had one land cruiser privately and stayed with for 5 hours – a simple saloon car transfer to the bike spot cost you US$ 100 for one way transfer. Your location is the end of Palm, and you travelled to east cost around 1 hour 15 minutes one way in 4WDjeep. You please try to book an uber from your hotel to Hatta suburb … check the price.

You check online private jeep rent for safari in new year period it is USD 1000 ++ 4) You got sand board and camel ride as long you wanted. What more you expect you got more than you paid… it is a fact. You mentioned quad bike … isn’t you booked locally and directly paid with biker company, yes our resident guide helped you. You mentioned AED 75 !!! it is for kids up to 8 years in small bike in a small area. The fact you know it well everything but your intension to defames us, this is not good practice. Can you 400 CC quad bike for AED 75 for 30 minutes!!! A tea cost US$ 10 … sorry. it is untrue!!! How can you expect the dinner when you opted the dinner program, please read through the options that you selected and that would clarify all your doubts.

Skat boarding on the sand. Car pick up and drop off coordination can be improved. We waited for long to get back to the hotel from safari because of passenger count issues.

There are so many companies you could do this with, but I'm thrilled I chose ABC Tours! This company was so thorough and considerate. In addition to reaching out to me before our excursion (to offer event add-ons, we chose to upgrade to the VIP dinner experience - absolutely worth it!), the entire process was seamless.
There were 8 of us, so we were picked up from our hotel in 2 Toyota 4x4s. Roshan and Nasrulla were our drivers - I rode with Roshan and he was so informative and kind and just a really decent human being and I wish him every joy and success and happiness this life has to offer. He chose to provide us with cultural and historical factoids about Dubai and the UAE during the drive to the site and he just was fun! Once we arrived at base camp, we were ushered into the "store" where we received a debrief about the order of events and given the opportunity to purchase clothes and traditional scarving - of course we wanted the full experience! First we did the ATVs...my favorite part of all of my trips - it is spectacular to do this out in the desert. It's exactly what you want the experience to be! From there, we spent time on the camels and hung out with a hawk. We were given time to sand-board, but honestly, no one wanted to get more sandy than necessary. Finally...the dune bashing! We rode with Mr.
Rasheed. - who is one of my favorite people on earth because he ensured we had an EPIC experience! Like, no matter how many times I'll do this in life...this will likely be the best. The high I continue chasing in perpetuity! He took fun, creative, well timed pictures of us and it just felt like he cared that we had a good time. Dinner was delicious - seriously, it isn't skimpy and the variety is out of this world - and it caters to picky eaters, vegetarians, and even a vegan. The show was spectacular and it ended with us staring at the beautiful stars that illuminate our beautiful planet. So all in all, kinda awesome and absolutely amazing. Thank you so, so much!

We do have the option to remove your review because review does not contain anything to rate as 2 stars, however we take this opportunity to tell the world about our services. As you mentioned in you review safari is good, bike is good, and show are good what else booked and paid?? Instead of enjoying the tour you spend your time in finding a fault. and shouting at innocent staff at the camp. Please do not get annoyed by others happiness, you get what you paid for! You said the Camel is weak and water one should ask!!!! If camel is weak how the camels carry two adults each trip... all our camels are fed well with imported fodder. Water one should ask!!! Did we refuse the fresh and chilled spring mineral water. It is a camp you must go to designated area and take it. Food served late it is not true we start our 5-course meal (served as buffet) right from 18.
30 and finish at 19.45hrs with desserts. All the 80-100 guest did not have any issue to get water and did get food on time. I understand the above are not your issue – you know very well and the people who experienced ABC Tours Dubai services very well NO SHORTING COMING OR NO REFUSAL offer more than we promise. You were looking at the people who were in our VIP lounge got upset as you went and shouted at our Colleagues at the camp questioning why those guests in the lounge is served differently. Please note 90% of those guests paid at an average of US dollar 206 per person as they purchased many premium packages such as lounge, open bar, local costumes etc. These are people who love to experience the best of desert. Every day we have some unsold seat in the lounge we sell it 75% discount just for US$ 15 it goes full in hours. Maybe you missed the chance as the lounge was fully booked on the day of your tour. What is the value for US$ 15 in Dubai. a good coffee cost more than US$10. Our VIP lounge have 5-star services at the camp by hostess, premium food direct view of the live… Our cost for this facility is US$ 45.
The very reason to sell it at discount is because we want some more guest to experience premium services in the desert. Everyone in the camp was extremely happy including most of your family members but you behaved such as way that you treated the staff like slaves. They have not reacted they are trained and well behaved and educated. Please never take ABC Tours staff par with rest… we have more staff in the camp than the guest and they are paid well par with developed countries. They are not salves or bounded labours. You were at the Majlis camp it is a premium camp and the largest camp in the desert and the only camp keep average 75 to 100 guest whereas 95% of the camp in Dubai will have 500 to 1000 guest. We want to maintain highest standard and maximum hygiene as we are ISO 9001: 2008 quality certified company. We maintain our standards at no compromise on our quality. We assure you the best services – we ABC Tours is not profit motivated company our very existence is to offer quality services to the world.
This will be proved at our souvenir exhibition place where local costume is sold US$ 28 a fine quality where in the market it is sold for US dollar 200 or more so as all the souvenirs. This is just an example. However, we once again thank you for offering us an opportunity to showcase our services.

An excellent excursion that you must visit while in the UAE! Being in the UAE and not seeing the desert means you have not been to the UAE. It should be borne in mind that a ride in the desert can be motion sickness, so it is better to take a pill for motion sickness in advance.

Fans of extreme buggy, motorcycle or quad biking in Dubai have two options to spend time doing their favorite activity. The first (as most do) is to purchase an excursion so that you and your group will be taken to the desert, where you can ride a buggy. The cost of such an excursion will be about 250 dirhams (≈$67.

Of the suitable places for riding a buggy in the Emirate of Dubai, the closest is the Great Red Dune - a 100-meter dune in the middle of one of the world's largest deserts, which occupies as much as a third of the entire Arabian Peninsula - Rub al Khali. The Great Red Dune is located 50 kilometers from the city of Dubai (about half an hour drive) in the direction of Hatta along the Dubai-Hatta Road (E44).

Here you will find several rental points where you can rent a buggy (as well as a motorcycle or ATV). The cost of rent is about $100 per hour (you will most likely need half an hour). By the way, if you want more extreme sports, then you should not travel around the territory of the rental center - throw $ 30-50 to the rental workers to let you out of it. The size of the surcharge depends on your ability to negotiate ;-)

Important! The buggies are equipped with seat belts and you will be given a helmet, but, nevertheless, Odviser advises you to ride carefully and not take risks - the dunes are very unpredictable and it is impossible to understand whether there will be a smooth descent or a steep cliff behind the crest of the dune, because the height of the sandy hills can reach several tens meters.
