On a 2006 Lexus GS300, you can reset the tire pressure system by ensuring your tires are filled to their recommended levels and then driving for 15 minutes at 35 miles per hour or higher.

For the hard reset, turn the car off, and then turn the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine.
