With the grinding of standard wheels from trucks and buses weighing up to 100 kg and with a diameter of up to 1 meter, most technological lines on the market cope. But what to do with wheels from agricultural equipment or worn tires from mining trucks?
The wheel for the BELAZ mining dump truck weighs more than 4 tons, and its diameter is 3.5 meters with a width of 1.1 meters. The onboard ring is a steel cable with a diameter of 7 centimeters.
In the configuration of its tire recycling lines, our company provides for the possibility of preliminary shredding of tires using hydraulic cutters of various capacities. The use of such equipment after cutting the bead ring can significantly reduce the load on crushers and shredders, increase the grinding speed and reduce knife wear.

For cutting cars and trucks with a diameter of up to 24 inches, the simplest hydraulic scissors GN-01 are suitable. This equipment is part of the LPSH tire recycling lines from our company. The machine manually cuts the wheel into segments, which are then shredded in a shredder.
Two pairs of knives are installed on the hydraulic shears - this is an advantageous difference from other similar machines, since two cuts are made at once and three segments are obtained, respectively.
Cutting into wheel segments from 24 to 57 inches - these are tires from agricultural machinery and mining heavy vehicles, has its own characteristics and requirements. To handle such wheels, a technique is needed to lift and feed them to the machine.

The guillotine for primary cutting of large tires NG-3 cuts the wheels into segments of a given radius. As a result, only two bead rings remain on the carriage for a complete revolution from the wheel. The segments go to further grinding in shredders or crushers on the lines for processing tires into crumb rubber.

The remaining bead rings are processed on cord squeeze equipment or disposed of in pyrolysis plants. The pyrolysis method produces heating oil, carbon black and steel cord from the remains of the wheels.

Crusher
Crusher - a machine for grinding (crushing) solid material, feed (grain, hay, cake, green mass, root crops, etc.).
Crushers are divided into rotary, rod, jaw. They are also divided into crushers of large, fine and medium crushing.
The AIR-20 unit is a trailed machine. The drive is carried out from the power take-off shaft of the tractor or the electric motor. The welded frame serves as the basis for fastening the working mechanisms of the unit. Wheels help to maneuver in compartments of warehouses and on platforms. The bunker has the shape of a truncated pyramid, inside it there is a feeding mechanism that oscillates and feeds the fertilizer into the crushing device. It consists of chopping drums, spring-loaded shear plates and pressure jaws. The shape of the drums is cylindrical; strips and pins are welded to their surface. The separating device consists of a frame, a rod reflector and a block of rotating rockers. The unloading conveyor is a frame of a welded construction with driven and driving drums fixed on it with a conveyor belt and a tensioning mechanism. The folding conveyor has the same design.
The loader loads the fertilizers in containers into the bunker of the machine, from where they are sent by the feeder to the crushing device, where the clods are crushed and the bags are crushed. The entire mass enters the separating device, the separation of mineral fertilizers from impurities occurs. The cleaned fertilizers are sent to vehicles by the outfeed conveyor through the folding conveyor.
The main components of the forage crusher: loading auger, grain bin with sensors, magnetic separator, crushing chamber, horizontal and unloading augers, coarse feed auger.
Grain for crushing from the pile is fed by means of a loading auger into the grain bin, the filling of which is controlled by special sensors. From it, through an opening, the size of which can be changed by an adjusting damper, the grain enters the magnetic separator, where it is cleaned of metal objects that accidentally fell into it. Then the grain passes into the crushing chamber, where the threshers and deck crush it. The crushed material is passed through a changeable sieve and gets to the crusher's horizontal auger, then to the unloading auger and from it to the vehicles.
Coarse feed is fed to the feeder receiving tray, the outer feeder auger is rotated around the inner feeder auger.
