International Tobacco Group (formerly Imperial Tobacco Sales and Marketing), a manufacturer of tobacco products under the brands Davidoff, West, Jadé, P&S and Maxim, On September 8, he changed the main founder, follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Nikolai Tyaka became the majority shareholder of the legal entity with a share of 75%.
According to SPARK, Tyaka is a partner of the owners of the largest tobacco distributor Megapolis, billionaires Igor Kesaev and Sergey Katsiev. Forbes magazine estimated their fortunes at $2.6 billion and $1.7 billion, respectively.
Now Nikolai Tyaka is a co-owner of the real estate company Mercury Properties, Kesaev is its main shareholder with a share of almost 46%, Katsiev also owns a minority stake in it. Until 2019, in the status of an individual entrepreneur, Tyaka developed a farm related to the cultivation of cereals, vegetables, breeding of dairy cattle and wholesale sales of food products.
