We’ve used protec for years now, everything from oil changes to full ac kit replacements to alternator repairs. They’re always quick, straightforward, helpful. I don’t know anything about cars so I’ve just trusted them because they’ve always done excellent work. Recently I needed a repair and someone told me I should take it to Sevciks since they’re family owned they may negotiate. Long story short, I regret that.
