When comparing UltraTech against the competition, there is no disputing the higher quality in both parts and construction. UltraTech's Sealed Lead Acid Batteries are produced from top quality lead and other components to create a product that you can safeguard your home with. UltraTech Batteries are most commonly found in Honeywell Alarm Panels, but can be used in any Panel that requires a Sealed Lead Acid Battery in the Voltage and Amperage of a similar UltraTech battery, such as a 12 Volt 4 Amp or a 12 Volt 7 Amp.
UltraTech Power Products is recognized to manufacture the highest quality Sealed Lead Acid Batteries in the country. UltraTech has many years of experience, and prides itself on crafting the finest 12V and 6V batteries available in the market. UltraTech’s SLA batteries have a longer shelf life than its competitors. UltraTech Power Products’ Sealed Lead Acid batteries are backed with a 2 year warranty. The batteries are accredited by ISO 9002 Certification to ensure the needs of customers are met. The reputation of UltraTech Power Products exceeds itself, because the quality of their products is second-to-none in the SLA battery industry. Offering a high build quality and performance over the lifetime of each battery, it's hard to see why someone wouldn't pick UltraTech as their SLA battery brand of choice.
Sealed lead-acid batteries are batteries that were invented by French physicist Gaston Planté in 1859. These types of batteries are very popular because unlike most battery types, sealed lead-acid batteries are rechargeable. Rechargeable batteries contain electrochemical cells where their electrochemical reactions that are electrically reversible, which allows for multiple use. They have a higher initial but a lower overall cost of use compared to a disposable battery. Furthermore, their popularity of use is such that sealed-acid batteries accounted for 10% by weight of all portable battery sales in the European Union in the year 2000. These batteries are very common in everyday use.
SLA batteries are a part of normal everyday use for a person or a company’s operation. SLAs are used for automobile starting, lighting, and ignition (SLI) batteries. Automobiles used these types of batteries often because of their ability to be recharged. Other common uses for SLAs are for high-powered electric vehicles such as electric scooters, electric wheelchairs, micro hybrid vehicles, motorcycles, and even for recreational use such as golf carts. Larger lead acid batteries are commonly used to power diesel-electric submarines and nuclear submarines.
On a broader level of use, there are Stationary SLA batteries that are designed as a back-up energy source for telephone and computer centers, grid energy storage, and off-grid electric power systems. They are put in place for in case of emergency situations such as a blackout or the loss of power through a natural disaster.
1. Automatic fire alarm with voice warning system. In addition to the automatic start of all fire safety systems, there is a manual start.
2. Smoke exhaust system that prevents the spread of smoke throughout the mall.
3. Automatic water fire extinguishing sprinkler system.
4. Internal fire-fighting water supply - fire hydrants dispersed throughout the mall in fire cabinets. Fire cabinets are double: fire extinguishers are located in the lower section, fire hydrants are located in the upper section, provided with fire hoses and barrels ready for use. The length of the sleeve is 20 m.
5. Emergency exits. There are 12 evacuation stairs in the shopping and entertainment center "Ultra". Each floor has emergency exits (green arrows on the diagram), marked with "Exit" light indicators. In addition to emergency exits in shopping galleries, all large tenants have their own emergency exits (green arrows on the diagram arrows). Each exit has a security corridor.Safety corridors are protected by fire barriers with a fire resistance of at least 90 minutes and are also equipped with air overpressure in case of fire, which prevents smoke from entering the corridors. All escape routes are provided with fire doors with a fire resistance of at least 60 minutes.
1. The fire detector reacts to the appearance of smoke. An automatic fire alarm goes off. The signal goes to the control room, located on the 1st floor of the shopping complex, and is also automatically transmitted to the city fire brigade, after which the fire brigade go to the site.
2. Automatically unlocks escape doors normally closed with magnetic locks.
3. The escalators automatically turn off, all elevators go into fire safety mode: they go down to the 1st floor, the doors open, the buttons are disabled, in this mode the elevator control is impossible.
4. The voice alarm system starts to inform visitors about the fire in the building and the need to evacuate.
5. Smoke exhaust valves open, the smoke exhaust motor starts, which prevents the spread of combustion products throughout the shopping complex. Smoke-free stairwells, elevator shafts and safety corridors are supplied with fresh air (air from the streets) with the help of supply smoke ventilation.
6. There is a blackout in the room where the fire occurred. In the event of a power outage, emergency lighting is automatically switched on.
7. The sprinkler fire extinguishing system works at the place where the fire started. The fire is extinguished. Sprinklers are located at a distance of three meters from each other throughout the shopping complex.
Immediately after the signal is received at the fire station, a rapid response group is sent to the place where the fire detector is triggered and checks for false alarms. Security officers report to the fire station on the results of verification. If a fire is confirmed, the security guards take measures to extinguish the fire using fire extinguishers located in fire cabinets throughout the shopping complex. Security personnel direct people to the nearest emergency exits located on the opposite side of the fire.
The shopping center "Ultra" also provides for the evacuation of people with limited mobility. All evacuation routes have so-called safety zones designed to accommodate disabled people before the arrival of rescue units, or from which they can evacuate for a longer time and (or) escape on their own along the adjacent smoke-free staircase. Cinema
Cinema halls are provided with access to security corridors or smoke-free stairwells. Evacuation can be carried out by exiting the shopping complex galleries and proceeding to the nearest evacuation exit, which leads to a security corridor and a smoke-free stairwell. Smoke exhaust valves are installed in each hall, hall, cafe of the cinema. Each hall has a warning system, a fire alarm, a fire extinguishing system, and evacuation lighting.
When an alarm is triggered in a shopping mall, you must follow the instructions of the cinema staff or leave the hall yourself through the emergency exits marked with light signs "Exit".
1. If the fire alarm system is activated, remain calm and avoid crowding.
2. Do not climb higher floors, do not try to hide in remote rooms.
3. If you find yourself in an elevator during a fire, don't panic. The elevator will automatically move to the 1st floor, the doors will open and lock in the open position.
4. Follow the instructions of the store and security staff, or move yourself to the nearest emergency exit, marked with a light sign "Exit".
