50 Reinforced aluminum profile 99 mm (PR TR99) is used for installation in mounting and milling tables as guide rails for moving or attaching stops, limiters, clamps, clamps and other devices to them. It is also used for the manufacture of stops and milling templates.
The assortment includes ready-made sets of router templates in lengths of 200, 400, 700 and 1000 mm.
Horizontal grooves 8.6 mm are designed to move the head of the M8 bolt, oval nut 12x25 M6 or oval nut 12x25 M8 . Compatible with 13 mm slide profile . To compensate for the gap between the side wall of the groove and the slide, polyurethane film is used. Choice of film thickness 0.16 or 0.23 mm.
Also available in the 8.6 mm slots is a set of plugs for the milling template. The end caps align the end of the 99mm bar for the router to move straight along the L-shaped contour.
They are used for milling the bowstring stairs with a riser.
The vertical slots are designed to move the head of the M6 bolt.
For precise alignment of the milling template with the workpiece to be machined, we recommend using the KT RJS stop. It is especially useful when milling narrow workpieces, in serial production, as well as when milling the bowstring of a staircase. The stop is attached to the template (top or bottom) using 2 oval nuts with handles (included), which fit into special grooves. To fix the workpiece, at least 2 stops are required.
