Stylish rings!
Firstly, I bought the rings mostly to add a little more style to my car, and secondly, for protecting the rims just in case some valet parking boys accidentally ruin the rims. Personally I would never park my car purposely close to the concrete curb and would prefer finding a parking spot far away, spacious and safe, with added benefit of walking exercise.The customer service is very responsive too and answered all my concerns and requests. Just make sure you follow the instructions with the provided tools and watch their installation instruction on Youtube.
Makes your ride look sharp while protecting
It was a toss up between these and other products. I chose these because it was a single unit and seemed to go on easy from YouTube videos. The other products you have to press onto rim which if not uniform can make it look wavy. They go on just like the video and look real good. I've had people tell me they thought tire was painted red. I don't know how well they hold up to rim/ tire cleaner or any tire shine product but my best guess is that if you rinse cleaner off right away or wipe off any over spray of tire shine it should be ok.

This is the best wheel protecter I have had. Install is easy, it straight forward. No fancy tools required. Took about 5-10 minutes to do one wheel. This give the whole different look to the car while protecting the wheels.

For example, for Goodyear this marking looks like “FP” or “RFP”, for Dunlop it looks like “MFS”. Yokohama labels rim guard tires with the acronym "RPB", while Continental labels them with "FR".
Some manufacturers do not mark the rim protection on the tire in any way. For example, Bridgestone and Michelin do this. Nuance: Michelin tires are labeled "CPJ", but only if they are supplied to the North American market.
To protect the rim from damage, tire manufacturers use an additional sidewall element located in the bead area. It can be made in the form of a protruding belt or a special seal in the same area.
