Certified Automotive Tire Service (ATS) is a 300 and 400-level certification program that provides in-depth and comprehensive instruction on the recommended procedures for servicing modern automobiles and light trucks.
Certified ATS is designed for the professional passenger and light truck tire technician so the subjects range from the relationship between torque and clamping force to the TPMS relearn procedures on domestic and import vehicles.

The Technical Regulations of the Customs Union, which establishes the requirements for the safety of wheeled vehicles, entered into force on January 1, 2015.
From now on, in Russia and throughout the EAEU, mandatory certification of car tires is carried out according to new rules. This procedure confirms the quality of goods put into circulation in the countries that are members of the Customs Union.
The TR CU system was developed with the aim of adopting uniform rules on the territory of the economic customs area that are mandatory for manufacturers, sellers and suppliers.
Rubber certification is a set of measures aimed at confirming the compliance with the quality and safety of controlled goods.
The procedure also allows assessing the likely risks in the operation of products, since a certificate of conformity is issued only after successful laboratory testing.
A permit is required to import, manufacture and distribute this product. The certificate/declaration is a guarantee for business partners and consumers that the products really meet the conditions that are determined by TR TS and GOSTs.

For certification of tires, the applicant must prepare the following documents:
Certificate is a document of strict accountability, which is issued on the form of the established form. It contains special protective elements, which guarantees the accuracy of the specified information about the applicant, manufacturer, products, etc.
In turn, the declaration is filled out on a simple sheet of A4 format. Both permits contain information about the manufacturer and the features of controlled products, the results of laboratory tests, and also indicate the period of time during which the permit is valid (up to 5 years).

Certification of tires - a set of manipulations performed by the manufacturer to confirm the conformity of quality, reliability, and the elimination of the likelihood of harm when using products for their intended purpose.
When selling, manufacturing, exporting (importing) tires on the territory of the Member States of the Customs Union, the conditions of technical regulations must be met. Pneumatic tires are subject to mandatory verification of their properties and technical characteristics in accordance with TR TS 018/2011 (entered into force on 01.01.2015). The technical regulation contains the conditions for launching and selling goods on the market, a description of certification procedures, product labeling.
Certification of car tires is performed to confirm the reliability and to prove that the overall level of quality, reliability and the absence of risks of end product hazards are maintained. New and remanufactured products must be tested. Conformity is confirmed both separately for tires and the wheels on which they are installed, since people's lives depend on the reliability of the wheel and tire. Tire certification can be carried out in the form of declaring and issuing a quality certificate, the type of certification depends on many factors: the purpose of the tire, the conditions of use , country of issue, etc.
You can clarify the conformity assessment form for a particular product by contacting the Certification Center MEZHREGIONTEST. In accordance with TR TS 018/2011, certification of truck tires is carried out in the form of obtaining a certificate. Certification of winter tires (issuance of a certificate) is carried out by accredited centers, TR CU contains special requirements for such products. In general, conformity assessment is carried out by issuing a certificate in the following sequence:
1) Submission of an application and a set of documents;
2) Consideration by the certification body of the application, collection of additional information and documentation (if necessary) and decision on the procedure to be performed;
3) Product identification and sampling;
4) Research and testing;
5) Analysis of test reports, documentation and making a decision on issuing a document of conformity;
6) Issuance of a document confirming the compliance of the product with the requirements of TR CU;
7) Inspection control (if required by the scheme).
