The main requirement is resistance to constant dynamic loads , which is achieved by using special steel. Its main alloying element is molybdenum, which gives the material properties that provide a compromise between hardness and strength. The protective coating used in the manufacture - phosphating, gives the tools a matte black color. Such a coating is necessary for additional protection of products against corrosion, improvement of the hardness of contact surfaces and wear resistance.
Socket heads 1"DR are used in the maintenance of extremely loaded and extremely complicated threaded connections used in heavy road, construction, agricultural, mining machinery and equipment, in the installation and maintenance of metal structures of building and engineering structures etc.
Tools are made of chrome molybdenum steel according to DIN 3129.
At the request of the customer, it is possible to supply end heads for power tools of the S03A8 series in transitional sizes and heads with sizes up to 95 mm.

In other words: a tool must be replaced if it is found to be defective or has been found to be defective in the manufacturing process and makes it impossible to continue using the tool.
Claims to the quality of a tool that failed during the warranty period are accepted for consideration in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

1) Do not use attachments and accessories for hand-operated power tools
3) Do not use products with critical loads
4) Do not strike the nozzle and drive body with other objects.
5) Do not drop the tool from a great height onto a hard surface.
6) Do not allow long-term storage of the tool in conditions of high humidity or other environments aggressive to the materials of the product.
8) After finishing work, clean the tool from dirt.
9) Select and use the tool in accordance with the work performed and strictly for its intended purpose.
10) When using reduction adapters, calculate the applied force from the recommended values for the smaller actuator.
11) When using products that make it possible to apply torque at an angle to the axis of rotation of the fastener ( cardan joints) , please note that the products mentioned are not designed for maximum loads for a given drive size.
Claims under this warranty will not be accepted if the user's qualifications cannot be verified, there are signs of misapplication, and changes in product design.
The manufacturer reserves the right to determine the cause of product failure (due to poor quality material, human error or other reasons).
Rights under this warranty are limited to the original consumer and do not extend to subsequent consumers.
