How is the turnkey repair?

Apartment renovation on a turnkey basis is a complete arrangement of the apartment. You will have to equip the kitchen, bring and arrange furniture. You will know the exact cost and terms of the repair before it starts.

Turnkey repair usually consists of several stages:

— Pre-finishing: electrical wiring, plumbing work, floor screed, wall and ceiling alignment.

To start pre-finishing work, the presence of a design project is an optional condition, work is carried out according to a planning decision, which is included in the cost of work.
