Maxi-Cure™ extra thick CA is the best CA for most plastics, including GE’s Lexan MAXI-CURE™ is the best choice for plastic model assembly. When used with INSTA-SET™, it works better than any putty for modifying or filling voids. It can be carved with a knife or razor blade and sanded and feathered to form a finish indistinguishable from plastic. MAXI-CURE™ bonds fiberglass, hardwood, metal and rubber better than any other hobby adhesive. For gluing to the inside, clothtextured surface of fiberglass, scrape the area to be bonded with a razor blade or coarse sandpaper before using MAXI-CURE™ or any other adhesive. It also is best for bonding the tires for R/C cars.
MAXI-CURE™ has proven to be very popular in the archery business for the fletching of vanes onto aluminum and carbon arrow shafts. Along with being the strongest, MAXI-CURE™ is usually the least expensive option for this application.

Unscrew top from nozzle.
For finer applications, use the extender tip. Apply Maxi-Cure™ CA to one side of the parts being joined, then hold them tightly to- gether for 10-20 seconds. For larger bonding areas, apply serpentine beads of the CA with enough spacing to allow for the spreading of the adhesive. Insta-Set™ accelerator can be sprayed to cure the CA that oozes from joints. Full strength is reached in three hours. Wipe the nozzle clean before replacing screw-on top. Refrigerate to extend shelf life. Cured CA is stable from -40 to 220° F. Soak extender tip in acetone for cleaning.

It can be applied with a layer of 3 to 15 mm thick on cement screeds and plasters, monolithic concrete, partitions made of gypsum blocks, foam blocks and aerated concrete, rigidly fixed gypsum board and aceid.
Suitable for large-sized tiles made of ceramics, porcelain stoneware, natural, cast artificial stone, other similar materials that are not sensitive to moisture and staining, can be used for gluing thermal insulation materials. It has high adhesion to all traditional building materials, thixotropic, easy to apply and does not slip from vertical surfaces. Keraflex Maxi gray is ideal for laying large-sized stone with an uneven back surface, it can be used for facing facades and plinths of buildings with natural and artificial stone with uneven thickness. When carrying out facing works in damp rooms, it is recommended to use a plasticizer.

The surface must be sound, clean, free of dirt, dust and mortar residue. The presence of mobile cracks, deformation joints and seams is not allowed. Chips, potholes and other defects should be repaired with cement repair mortar. Treat highly absorbent substrates with a deep penetration primer, prime non-absorbent and smooth surfaces with concrete contact primer. It is not recommended to moisten the surface, moisture can slow down the curing of the adhesive.
Water is poured into the container in the required amount, based on the proportion of 7 liters of water per bag of dry mix 25 kg, changing the proportion can change the physical and chemical characteristics of the adhesive. The solution is mixed with a mixer for 3-5 minutes, until a homogeneous, without lumps and dry areas, a solution of plastic consistency is obtained.
