How to increase productivity by removing oil mist?

In modern production, the processing of various parts is carried out using special machines, namely on modern high-precision CNC machines. In the process of processing a part with the use of oil and various coolants, oil mist and steam are released. Over time, the oil settles on the electronics of the machine, and the concentration of harmful substances in the air exceeds all permissible thresholds. Harmful vapors, getting into the lungs of workers, poison the body. The negative impact often manifests itself in the form of an exacerbation of chronic diseases and allergies of various types. Air purification is the main method of dealing with oil fumes.

The workplace requires daily ventilation. But such an ordinary cleaning method does not completely eliminate harmful fumes. Currently, special filters are used to preserve the health of workers and increase the life of machines. A high-quality and properly selected filter will provide optimal conditions for air parameters in the workplace and reduce the concentration of harmful substances.

One of these new generation filters is Atmosphere - M . The filter is designed to remove oil mist from the working area of the machine. It improves visibility, reduces machine downtime, because the operator must wait until the fog clears to change the workpiece. Atmosphere - M ideal for air purification in domestic enterprises. When developing the filter, all possible production parameters were taken into account.

Main advantages of filter Atmosphere - M :

  • Effectively removes oil mist, vapors and reduces coolant consumption
  • Easy to install and connect
  • The price is lower than competitors
  • Connection is selected individually
  • No special effort required when using

Atmosphere - M includes filters of different levels. They do not need frequent cleaning and replacement. Typically, filters are changed once a year. Clean the filters as they become dirty, which depends on the coolant and the operation of the machine.

In order to clean the filters, they are removed from the main unit. Further, with the help of ordinary water or coolant, they are washed and blown with air.

Advantages of Atmosphere - M lies in the possibility of using it as a separate system, and in the integration of existing systems. The filter can be installed by the customer himself.

Filter connection is easy.

Atmosphere - M connected:

  • Direct from mains
  • Simultaneous activation together with machine coolant system and off delay timer
  • Activation with M code directly from part program

Filter Atmosphere - M is equipped with an exhaust fan. The exhaust fan is specially designed to remove mist and smoke from the workshop. It is quite rigid, which ensures low vibration levels, while it perfectly ventilates the workspace. The system helps to preserve the health of your employees by reducing the amount of inhaled coolant vapors and meets all environmental safety standards, which is important.

Domestic filter Atmosphere - M , in comparison with foreign devices, is one of the most effective and high-quality cleaners.

When using Atmosphere - M :

  • Increases the quantity and quality of parts production - you do not waste time blowing the chamber
  • Reduced costs - the filter is durable and does not require large investments
  • The risks of wear of working equipment are reduced - the filter keeps machines clean for a long time
  • Protects workers from the harmful effects of fumes - purified air meets all SanPiN
  • standards

Filter Atmosphere - M will easily ensure high-quality production and safe air parameters in the working environment
