In modern production, the processing of various parts is carried out using special machines, namely on modern high-precision CNC machines. In the process of processing a part with the use of oil and various coolants, oil mist and steam are released. Over time, the oil settles on the electronics of the machine, and the concentration of harmful substances in the air exceeds all permissible thresholds. Harmful vapors, getting into the lungs of workers, poison the body. The negative impact often manifests itself in the form of an exacerbation of chronic diseases and allergies of various types. Air purification is the main method of dealing with oil fumes.
The workplace requires daily ventilation. But such an ordinary cleaning method does not completely eliminate harmful fumes. Currently, special filters are used to preserve the health of workers and increase the life of machines. A high-quality and properly selected filter will provide optimal conditions for air parameters in the workplace and reduce the concentration of harmful substances.
One of these new generation filters is Atmosphere - M . The filter is designed to remove oil mist from the working area of the machine. It improves visibility, reduces machine downtime, because the operator must wait until the fog clears to change the workpiece. Atmosphere - M ideal for air purification in domestic enterprises. When developing the filter, all possible production parameters were taken into account.
Main advantages of filter Atmosphere - M :
Atmosphere - M includes filters of different levels. They do not need frequent cleaning and replacement. Typically, filters are changed once a year. Clean the filters as they become dirty, which depends on the coolant and the operation of the machine.
In order to clean the filters, they are removed from the main unit. Further, with the help of ordinary water or coolant, they are washed and blown with air.
Advantages of Atmosphere - M lies in the possibility of using it as a separate system, and in the integration of existing systems. The filter can be installed by the customer himself.
Filter connection is easy.
Atmosphere - M connected:
Filter Atmosphere - M is equipped with an exhaust fan. The exhaust fan is specially designed to remove mist and smoke from the workshop. It is quite rigid, which ensures low vibration levels, while it perfectly ventilates the workspace. The system helps to preserve the health of your employees by reducing the amount of inhaled coolant vapors and meets all environmental safety standards, which is important.
Domestic filter Atmosphere - M , in comparison with foreign devices, is one of the most effective and high-quality cleaners.
When using Atmosphere - M :
Filter Atmosphere - M will easily ensure high-quality production and safe air parameters in the working environment

Mounting, dismounting, operation of bearings requires the use of various tools, equipment and materials. We offer a full range of products required for bearing maintenance. This page contains a list of the main groups of products and materials - from modern diagnostic tools to universal and special lubricants from various manufacturers.
FAG mounting tool kits are designed for economical and safe mounting of rolling bearings with a bore diameter of up to 50 mm. It is also possible to easily mount bushings, distance rings, seals and other similar parts.
The outer races of the bearing are mounted in the bore of the housing, and the inner races, designed for a tight fit, are similarly driven onto the shaft by means of a hammer and a special mounting sleeve (mandrel). This avoids the transfer of assembly force through the bodies and raceways, which can lead to their damage. Coordinated FAG precision parts guarantee an even distribution of forces on the flanks of the bearing rings.
FAG LOCKNUT-SOCKET socket wrenches are used for easy installation and removal of spline nuts on a shaft, adapter sleeve or withdrawal sleeve. They require much less space on the nut circumference than hook wrenches and allow the use of wrenches and torque wrenches.
For greater reliability and safety of work, socket wrenches should be fixed with locking pins and rubber rings. Therefore, FAG socket wrenches have a hole for a locking pin and a groove for a rubber ring. Locking pin and rubber ring included.
FAG LOCKNUT-HOOK wrenches are used for tightening and loosening spline nuts on shafts, adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves. FAG hook wrenches can be used to mount a small bearing on a tapered shaft, adapter sleeve or withdrawal sleeve.
The withdrawal sleeves can also be removed using FAG hook wrenches and special forcing nuts.
FAG LOCKNUT-FLEXIHOOK swivel hook wrenches are designed for tightening and loosening spline nuts (precision nuts) on shafts, adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves when there is no predetermined tightening torque.
The use of the LOCKNUT-FLEXIHOOK series wrenches allows mounting or dismounting of slotted nuts of various sizes.
FAG spigot wrenches of the LOCKNUT-FLEXIPIN series are designed for tightening and loosening spline nuts (precision nuts) on shafts, adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves when there is no predetermined tightening torque.
With these swivel keys, it is also possible to mount small bearings on a tapered shaft journal.
FAG socket wrenches of the LOCKNUT-FACEPIN series are designed for tightening and loosening shaft nuts (precision nuts) on shafts, adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves when there is no predetermined tightening torque.
With these swivel keys, it is also possible to mount small bearings on a tapered shaft journal. Tightening is done in the axial direction.
FAG Double Hook Wrenches are used to mount double row spherical ball bearings with a tapered bore. Keys are supplied as a set or separately.
The FAG LOCKNUT-DOUBLEHOOK-KIT is a case with a double hook wrench, torque wrench and instruction manual. The use of a torque wrench in the installation allows you to accurately determine the initial position, based on the specified torque value.
Mechanical pullers are used to remove small bearings, with a bore diameter of up to 100 mm, mounted with an interference fit on a shaft or in a housing. Accurate dismantling is feasible provided that the puller grabs the bearing ring that is installed with a tight fit.
The dynamic force of the mechanical puller is realized mainly through the use of a screw. In addition to mechanical 2-, 3-, 4-jaw pullers and hydraulic elements, FAG also offers specially designed pullers.
FAG's PowerPull SPIDER series hydraulic pullers are used when pulling bearings when a lot of force is required. Pullers of ten different sizes, designed for an applied force from 40 kN to 400 kN, cover a wide range of applications and allow quick and easy dismantling of rolling bearings, gears, bushings and various press-fitted parts. Added to this is the low weight of the pullers, which can be used in any position.
Additional long arms (accessories) allow bearings to be retrieved from greater depths.
FAG hydraulic nuts are used to mount parts with a tapered bore on a tapered shaft journal. The presses are primarily used when the clamping force of means such as shaft nuts and stop bolts is insufficient.
Rolling bearings or small parts (up to 5 kg) can be heated (up to 120 °C) on the FAG HEATER-PLATE with temperature control. Removable cover provides uniform and fast heating of the part, and also protects it from contamination.
The hot plate HEATER-PLATE-370C is intended primarily for heating aluminum FAG HEATING-RINGs and bearings. The heating temperature of the rings reaches 200–300 ˚С. In this case, the outer diameter of the part should not exceed 350 mm, and the weight should not exceed 20 kg.
Many rolling bearings and other symmetrical steel parts have a tight fit on the shaft.
Heat bearing assemblies, cylindrical roller or needle bearing rings, and steel parts symmetrical about the axis of rotation, such as labyrinth rings, couplings, bands, etc.
Heating rings are used when dismantling inner rings with or without a rigid rib, needle and cylindrical roller bearings. The use of heating rings is cost-effective in cases of non-serial dismantling of bearing rings of small and medium sizes (hole diameter - from 50 to 200 mm). Heating lasts, depending on the size of the ring, from 5 to 30 seconds.
Heating rings are made of light alloys, equipped with radial cuts, and for comfortable operation - heat-insulated handles.
FAG electric induction devices are designed for dismantling the inner rings of needle and cylindrical roller bearings of medium and large sizes (with a bore diameter over 90 mm).
In addition, they can be used for heating labyrinth rings, couplings and other parts that are symmetrical with respect to the axis of rotation.
Oil injectors supply a small volume of oil; they are used for hydraulic dismantling of rolling bearings and other press connections, provided that the bearing or other part is directly seated on the conical surface of the shaft.
Providing a large volume of oil in the low pressure area (up to 50 bar), two-stage pumps automatically switch to the next high pressure stage, thus ensuring a high speed of work.
High pressure pumps are designed for mounting/dismounting of rolling bearings on shafts with a diameter of up to 250 mm. When a pressure of 4,000 bar is reached, heavy shaft couplings and gears can be hydraulically dismantled using pumps.
