VI. Requirements for handling a group of homogeneous waste
"Waste tires, tires, tubes"
9 21 100 00 00 0 "Waste of tyres, tyres, tubes for automobiles" FKKO, as well as type of waste with code 9 23 111 11 52 4 "waste tires and pneumatic tires for use in aviation", included in the group of types of waste with code 923 000 00 00 0 "Other waste of maintenance and repair of air transport" FKKO.
68. These Requirements apply to tires, tyres, tubes that have lost their consumer properties, as well as tires, tyres, tubes, the owners of which recognized them as waste.
69. Waste tires are subject to collection, accumulation, storage, transportation, disposal, disposal, the conditions and methods of which must ensure the safety of the environment and human health.
70. Tire waste shall be collected separately from other waste. It is not allowed to mix tire waste with other production and consumption waste, including municipal solid waste. It is not allowed to dump waste tires into water bodies, into catchment areas, onto the soil.
71. It is forbidden to dispose of waste tires by incineration in installations not designed for tire incineration.
72. Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, in the course of economic and (or) other activities of which tire waste is generated, that do not have a license for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization, disposal of waste of hazard classes I - IV, are obliged to transfer this waste to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs legally carrying out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization and storage of types of waste classified as a group of homogeneous waste "Waste tires, tires, tubes", within 11 months from the date of waste generation .
73. Citizens shall have the right to transfer tire waste to the following persons: subsequent transfer for processing and (or) disposal to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs legally carrying out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization and storage of types of waste classified as a group of homogeneous waste "Tire Waste", if there is a public offer with parties to these persons;
to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that accept waste from citizens for the purpose of their accumulation and subsequent transfer for processing and (or) disposal types of waste classified as homogeneous waste "Tire waste", if there is a public offer from these legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;
legal entities and individual entrepreneurs legally carrying out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization and storage of types of waste classified as a group of homogeneous waste "Tire Waste", collecting waste from citizens on the terms of a public contract.

75. Accumulation, storage of waste tires are carried out respectively in places (sites) of accumulation of waste, at specialized storage facilities, which are rooms or covered areas with a fence, equipped with fire extinguishing equipment, to which access by unauthorized persons is excluded. It is allowed to store waste tires in open areas provided that they are covered with moisture-resistant materials.
76. Accumulation and storage of combustibles and lubricants, as well as chemicals (acids, alkalis and other substances), the interaction of which with the tire material can create a fire hazard situation, is prohibited in places (sites) for the accumulation of waste tires and at specialized storage facilities for waste tires .
77. Waste tires can be stored for 36 months.
78. Tire waste disposal methods are prioritized in the following order:
Tire waste disposal as a secondary material resource without the use of thermal methods;
disposal of waste tires using thermal methods to obtain products.
79. When recycling tire waste, the share of the total mass of waste received for recycling, actually used to obtain products, must be at least 90%.
80. Disposal of waste tires is carried out in accordance with the documentation regulating the process of disposal of waste tires, compliance with which should ensure the safety of the environment and human health, in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
81. The choice of waste tire recycling technology is carried out in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and in accordance with ITS 15-2016, as well as in compliance with the waste disposal and disposal technology in accordance with clause 25 of Order N 792.
If you like sports driving or often use high-speed tracks, then when purchasing new tires, you should definitely take into account their maximum operating speed and load. The maximum service speed is determined based on the manufacturer's laboratory measurements in test mode and indicates that the tire is capable of maintaining this speed for 10 minutes.
In most cases, the tire index includes two parameters - permissible load index and permissible speed index . This index is usually denoted as follows: 100Q, where the first, numeric part 100 is the index of the permissible load on the wheel, and the second, the letter Q is the speed index. In a specific case, 100 means that the maximum load on one wheel will be 800 kg, that is, this tire can be used on a car with a maximum curb weight of not more than 3,200 kg (800 x 4). Q - means that the permissible speed for this tire is 160 km / h.
The load and speed index is indicated on each tire, they are located behind the tire size and load index designations, for example, 195/65 R15 91T.
The higher the speed index, the softer the tire rubber, which improves traction but accelerates tire wear. So, we can say that a tire with a W speed index will wear out faster than a tire with an S speed index. The speed index and load parameters do not indicate the maximum driving speed or load, they mean the speed and load at which the tire will retain its characteristics.
